Welcome to Health Culture. By visiting https://thehealthculture.co.in or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. The website is operated by Popular Bread Factory (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. About our products

We sell freshly baked, 100% whole wheat bakery products such as bread, pav, burger buns and pizza bases. Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly in shape and colour because they are baked fresh. Ingredients, allergen information and nutritional values are shown on each product and on the pack. Our products contain gluten (wheat) and may contain traces of soy. Please check the label if you have any allergy.

2. Orders

• An order is confirmed only after you receive an on-screen order confirmation (and, for online payments, after your payment is successfully received).
• We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount.
• Please enter your name, phone number and delivery address accurately. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

3. Prices and payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and promo codes may change without notice. A promo code can be used only as per its stated terms.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your basket before you pay. Delivery is currently free on orders of ₹199 and above.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). We do not see or store your card or bank details. Cash on Delivery is also available where offered.

4. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the logo, text, images and videos, belongs to Health Culture or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

We take great care to bake and deliver safe, fresh products. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of the products ordered. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, strikes, traffic or network outages.

9. Food safety

Our products are made in a facility licensed under FSSAI (Licence No. 10713026000278). Store the products in a cool, dry place and consume them within the “best before” period printed on the pack.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
