Shipping & Delivery Policy

Health Culture bakes fresh and delivers fresh. This policy explains how and when your order reaches you.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver to select areas and pin codes. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you after you place the order; any amount you have already paid online will be refunded in full.

2. Delivery slots and timing

  • Our products are baked fresh each day. You can choose a delivery slot at checkout where slots are offered (for example, “Morning Fresh, 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM”).
  • Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather and other circumstances may occasionally cause delays; we will do our best to keep you informed.

3. Delivery charges

  • Delivery is free on orders of ₹199 and above.
  • For orders below ₹199, a delivery fee of ₹30 applies. The exact charge is always shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.

4. Order processing

Once your order is confirmed (and, for online payments, your payment is received), we begin preparing it. You will receive a confirmation on screen and, if you provided an email address, by email.

5. At the time of delivery

  • Please keep your phone reachable. Our delivery executive may call you to find your address.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready, or pay by UPI to the delivery executive where available.
  • Please check your order at the time of delivery. If something is wrong, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Unsuccessful delivery

If we cannot reach you or the address is incorrect or inaccessible after reasonable attempts, the order may be cancelled. Because the products are perishable, they cannot be re-delivered later, and such orders may not be eligible for a refund of the product value.

7. Freshness

Our products carry no added preservatives, so they are best consumed fresh. Please store them in a cool, dry place and consume them within the “best before” period printed on the pack.
